OUR VALUES
Founded in Nairobi, Kenya in the beginning of 2021 the core values of our brand are sustainability, ethics and craftsmanship. Throughout the supply chain, we aim to foster long-term working relationships rooted in fair trade, circular economy, honesty, shared values and continuous improvment.
OUR MATERIALS
Our jewelery is handmade in Kenya from recycled Brass, mostly from old padlocks, doorknobs and hinges.
The brass is cast in small batches making approximately ten of each design at a time, which are then turned into beautiful unique and sustainable pieces by artisans in Kibera, Nairobi.
The Cow horn comes from Ankole Longhorn cattle, a breed native to the Rift Valley of East Africa. The horn we use is a by-product of the meat industry in Kenya and is sustainably sourced.
The recycled glass is made from glass bottles, the glass is inspected, cut, polished and fused with the brass jewel.
